1. Education Policy Strategy 2030: sets out a roadmap towards a developed and digital education system in the Czech Republic for the period 2020-2030: to modernise Czechia’s education system in the field of regional education, formal and non-formal education, and lifelong learning and to prepare for new challenges, while addressing the ones already identified within the current education system. The implementation of the strategy will take place in three periods: 2020–2023, 2023–2027 and 2027–2031. The long-term plan for education and development of the educational system of the Czech Republic 2023-2027 is a second implementation document of the Strategy 2030+, which sets out the basic tendencies and goals of education policy for the given period, sets measures at the state level and defines the scope for specific solutions at the regional level. The document was approved by the Government of the Czech Republic at a meeting on 20th December in 2023. 
2. National Artificial Intelligence Strategy of the Czech Republic, which aims to improve economic growth and competitiveness. The strategy is divided into seven chapters, two of them are: Education and Expertise in AI (in terms of transforming education and effective usage of AI tools in teaching; Professional training and development of teachers in the field of AI; Updating educational content, developing the potential of participants in AI education and supporting talents; Training of professionals in the field of AI; Educational activity and cooperation of relevant actors involved in education in the context of AI) and AI skills and the impact of AI on the labour market (A flexible framework taking into account changes in the labour market in the context of the usage of AI; Development of skills needed for application on the labour market and in society in the context of digitisation and the introduction of AI; Strengthening information literacy and awareness citizens in the context of the usage of AI). 
3. Digital Czechia is a comprehensive vision implemented by the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic in cooperation with relevant stakeholders, based on a set of several partial concepts, implementation plans and strategies in accordance with the needs of the Czech Republic and the policy of the European Union (Digital Decade 2030). It includes four main pillars that form one logical unit with a large number of internal links, which takes into account different target groups and also the differences given by the current legislative definition: the Czech Republic in digital Europe; Digital economy and society; Information concept of the Czech Republic; and newly adopted Digital education (new strategic framework in the area of digital education). The main reason for the division into four sub-concepts is the need to include all areas that form the prerequisites for the successful digitalisation of the Czech Republic.

2. The National Artificial Intelligence Strategy of the Czech Republic revises the curriculum and supports the sharing of knowledge, skills and example of good practice in the usage of AI in schools. It includes courses focused on the field of AI, development of tools for increasing the motivation in the field of digital skills or awareness campaign focused on the offer of programs and courses for the development of digital skills (including the skills needed to use AI tools) available within the Database of retraining and further education courses. 
3. Week of Digital Czechia (as part of the Digital Czechia programme and aligned with common European digital goals) focuses on developing digital skills through lifelong learning, advancing eGovernment, promoting cybersecurity and cyberprevention, enhancing digital wellbeing, and training ICT experts. Awareness raising activities beyond these strategies:

1. Education Policy Strategy 2030: Implementation plan, with basic information on the set of indicators (the creation of indicators is the result of consultation processes) and procedures for monitoring and evaluating implementation. Once a year, a report on the fulfilment of the National AI Strategy objectives is submitted to the Steering Committee of the Digital Czech Republic strategy and the Government of the Czech Republic, including a proposal to revise objectives and instruments following the short review period in 2021.

This was followed by a public consultation and online conferences and discussions to accommodate the suggestions of as many stakeholders as possible. 1. DigiKoalice, the full name of the Czech National Coalition for Digital Skills and Jobs, was established in the Czech Republic on 28 November 2016 following the example of initiatives from abroad. The establishment of DigiKoalice was initiated by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic together with other partners. It is currently part of the National Pedagogical Institute of the Czech Republic. DigiKoalice brings together representatives of state institutions, ICT companies, educational institutions, academia, non-profit organisations, founders of schools and school facilities and other entities).

Training on DCE to teachers and other professionals:
The recently adopted Competency Framework for Beginner Teachers (https://msmt.gov.cz/vzdelavani/kompetencni-ramec-absolventa-ucitelstvi) does set clear goals in DCE education of future teachers. The framework is obligatory to implement for universities involved in initial teacher education. The framework was adopted on 2nd April 2024 as a part of “Framework requirements of the Ministry of Education for study programs leading to the qualification of teaching staff” (https://msmt.gov.cz/vzdelavani/vysoke-skolstvi/ramcove-pozadavky-na-studijni-programy-jejichz-absolvovanim-1). As part of this document, universities are also obliged to implement specific topics into initial teacher education. These topics are based on accepted national strategies and include digital education. The Competency Framework for Beginner Teachers is also applied during the adaptation period of novice teachers, which has been recently introduced in the Czech Republic (starting on 1st January 2024). 

Translation and dissemination of DCE Recommendation:
The DCE Recommendation was disseminated to the relevant authorities and stakeholders, yet not translated. The translation is being planned during the year 2025.
